3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through Mike's Tickets, Inc are final at the time of transaction, subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay the listed price plus any applicable fees, taxes, and service charges
- Provide accurate billing and contact information
- Accept digital delivery of tickets to the email address provided
- Acknowledge that prices on the secondary market may differ from face value
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill the requested tickets. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Ticket Guarantee
We guarantee that all tickets sold through Mike's Tickets, Inc are authentic and valid for entry at the time of the event. In the rare event that tickets we provide are invalid due to an error on our part, we will either replace the tickets with comparable alternatives or issue a full refund at our discretion. This guarantee does not apply in cases of customer error, loss, theft, or unauthorized transfer of tickets after delivery.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
- Purchase tickets for the purpose of unauthorized resale
- Submit false or fraudulent purchase orders
- Use automated systems or bots to access or purchase from our services
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or representatives
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mike's Tickets, Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. For disputes involving amounts under $10,000, you agree to use binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
